This document defines the terms and conditions of our working relationship. All services that VirtualStaginger.com (hereafter referred to as “VirtualStaginger.com” or “we” or “us”) may be contracted to produce or provide for you (hereafter referred to as “you” or “the client”) will be subject to the following:
We can’t guarantee that the content we return to you will not be viewed as misleading or false from another person(s) or company(s) perspective and so we can’t be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the provision of our service.
You also agree that we do not have knowledge of how the output data, text, or otherwise, is going to be used and we cannot be held liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of how you have chosen to use the output data.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You attest and affirm that the photos you send to VirtualStaginger.com is your image or have permission to use for VirtualStaginger.com to edit the photos you've provided.
You guarantee to us that any elements of photos, text, graphics, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the website are either owned by your good selves, or that you have permission to use them.
When you pay for an order, you agree to allow us the right to display and use photos on that order for our website, in magazine articles, marketing, advertising and in books or print media.
POLICY FOR REWORK/REVISION
Must be made within a month from the purchase date. Any revisions requested after a month will be an extra cost.
When we do a job for you, we’ll do our best to work follow your's instruction that you describe to us at the commencement of the job. You agree that changes you wish to make arising out of information or detail that has not been provided by you at the review step of the job, can incur extra charges in order to complete a job to your new or altered specifications.
If you’re not happy with the results at any stage, you may either request a rework/revision of the job which can be granted at our discretion.
Terms applicable to 3D products (Virtual Staging, Virtual Renovation, 360° Virtual Staging):
- Revisions consist of minor changes such as positioning of furniture, changing decoration and/or placement will be free. (For example, you want us to change the layout of the furniture; move the furniture in the room to another location; change some small furniture/decor; Change the color/material of some furniture/decor.)
- The rework will be charged 50% of the unit price of the product if you ask us to create a new version, different from your original request. Because we have to completely redo it as a new job. E.g:
- Change the function of the room/area
- Change the style of the furniture
- Change the main furniture set
- Require multiple reworks to change different small furniture/decor.
To avoid potential errors or delays in rework/revision turnaround time, all rework/revision requests must be made via "NEED SOMETHING CHANGED?" box or "CHAT BOX" box of each order on our website.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We have a no refund policy once images are delivered. However, we do have a free revision policy that includes positioning of furniture, changing decoration and/or placement. We reserve the right to limit the number of revisions thereafter. Once you confirm your order details such as style of furniture and/or decoration, any change of mind, may incur additional fees. In the event that an order is late, we will credit your account with the difference to use for any future orders.
Please note that purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. Existing account balances cannot be redeemed for a cash or credit refund. It means that the remaining balance is non-refundable.
